Weekend PC Game Deals: Winter Sales Edition

Weekend PC Game Deals is where the hottest gaming deals are amassed into an easy to follow format, every week, from all over the internet. So kick back, relax, and hold on to your wallets.

The year's end is almost upon us, and if you still have games you want to pick up on your radar, even after the numerous Autumn and Black Friday sales from last month, the remaining couple of weeks are probably the best time to do so. Almost all the big stores have now opened up their Winter sales, offering virtually all their wares at decent price points.

Without a doubt, the Steam Winter Sale is the biggest one of the bunch, but we can't forget about all the other PC game stores that have managed to list games at even cheaper prices. There are also publisher specific stores to keep an eye on, such as EA's Origin store and Blizzard's Battle.net.

Although not exactly game deals, some Steam hardware has been discounted quite heavily this sale as well. The Steam Link can be yours for $4.99, a 90% discount, while the Steam Controller and Link bundle is available for $34.63.

Marking the occasion, we have compiled a larger than usual list of discounted games. Below you can find games that are near or at their historically low prices, ranging from recent AAA releases to indie gems. Also, be sure to apply the code WINTER10 when purchasing games from the Fanatical store for an additional 10% discount.

*DRM-free version is also included.

DRM-free Winter Goodness

The GOG store's Winter Sale from last week is still going strong, and since then, the store has added even more items to its GOG Connect page for claiming DRM-free versions of Steam games.

Do keep in mind that pricing and availability for some deals may vary depending on the region you're in.

And that is it for our pick of this weekend's Winter sales-based PC game deals folks, and hopefully, some of you have enough self-restraint to not break the bank adding new games to your ever-growing backlogs this holiday season. Of course, there is a gargantuan amount of other deals available all over the interwebs if you search hard enough, so keep your eyes open for those as well.
