WinAMP 3 beta build #476 has been let loose. Some recent changes for BUILD #476

added tuid caching in gracenote
added "media file not found" page in gracenote
fixed eq's "save to eqf" crash
added "edit file info" right click menu on playlist item
fixed installer to delete the Lib directory on uninstall

str_win32_utf8 has an attrib (default off) which controls whether or not the service will register itself on system startup. The attrib works properly in onRegisterServices and I can call api->register_service on me. setup the studio.nsi file to have an "internationalization" option which defaults to "off" and says "BETA" in big letters on it. if someone else wants to change it, that's totally cool.

added xui object to add shoutcast stations to media library, just put it in a group and it will create a button in your status bar.
cleaned up useless stuff in shoutcast lister, you can safely delete wacsxmlscastdbsvc now.
