- In the portable edition, verify bleachbit.exe is digitally signed.

- Install BleachBit, open Windows Explorer, right click on a file or folder, and choose Shred with BleachBit. (This doesn't work with BleachBit Portable.)
- Delete winapp2.ini from the settings folder, set BleachBit to download it, and restart BleachBit. BleachBit should load winapp2.ini without restarting BleachBit.
