EA sale offering massive discounts on games; Battlefield 3 for $1 and more

Following Steam's winter sale, EA is now offering massive discounts on games, deluxe editions, season passes and DLC packs via Origin.

Several games have been discounted up to 50% including Mass Effect, Battlefield 4, FIFA 15 and more. Heck, you can even grab Battlefield 3 for as low as $0.99 which we reckon is an absolute steal. Prices may vary regionally but the ones below reflect the current US offers:

  • Battlefield 3 - $1
  • Battlefield 4 - $15
  • Battlefield 4: Premium Edition - $30
  • SimCity - $10
  • Dragon Age: Inquisition - $40
  • The Sims 4 - $30
  • FIFA 15 - $40
  • Titanfall - $10
  • Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare - $7.50
  • Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - $5
  • Tomb Raider - $10
  • Metro Last Light - $20
  • Dead Space 3 - $9.99
  • Crysis 3 - $9.99
  • Mass Effect Trilogy - $14.99

It's also noteworthy to see that the games included in the promotion aren't all developed by Electronic Arts: there are titles from Ubisoft, Square Enix, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Capcom on sale as well.

According to the timer on the Origin page, the limited-time sale lasts till Saturday and there are plenty other games to buy at a discounted price as well. You can head over to the deals page by hitting up the source link. If you're not interested in these rather modern games, you can grab SimCity 2000: Special Edition absolutely free of cost instead.
