What's the verdict?

Clean install of Firefox 14.0.1 followed by install of Flash 11.3.300.268 and I still get redrawing issues with flash content when scrolling, etc. ****ing Adobe.

FF Beta 15 and a run of the Flash uninstaller first and it seems to have fixed my scrolling weirdness for me anyway, previous version was irritating with that scrolling bug. Haven't had any crashes of Flash (yet) either.
