and yes i use it dayly for cleaning my PC not think there are any programs that remove debris as good as CCleaner which is free if the program does not cost a lot of money

Portable version I run on customer machines before scanning and such, reduces scan times. amazing how much there can be in temp files when people have three web browsers installed. LOL

Really how much do you really need a program like this one? As for myself I have never used one in over thirty years of working with computers. This is just a question.

It's not really needed for anything. I personally run it every 6 months or so to clear up temp files and browser cache. It's just quicker to use this than manually doing these things.

I think it's very useful - it can pull back a lot of space from a system in a very convenient fashion or be used to clean up a system for privacy (for example). I think of it as an alternative for the Recycle Bin's normal clean - in fact, I install it without start menu entries or desktop shortcuts and just right click on the Recycle bin and Run CCleaner.. instead. Sadly not everything cleans up after itself very well!
I don't, however, make too much use of the application cleaning as most of it is actually more detrimental to a system (for me) in that I want to keep history and logs for various things.
