i am using the newest which is...

v4.3.7.2316

p.s. i mostly use CDBurnerXP for AUDIO CD's. for general DATA i prefer the best which is ImgBurn

how does it compare to burnaware? I've been using this one for a while but since I switched to BurnAware I find it quite simple to use

I still prefer BurnAware over CDBurnerXP but the latter has the ability to copy from disc to disc. I install both of them.

Hadn't ever used this thing before getting Windows 7. Works great and is installed on all 7 Windows 7 machines. Don't know if I'd say it's better than Nero, but sure as heck isn't as bloated!

Never had any luck with that Image Burn thing!!

Grrr... No chanelog?

But it's the best app I've ever used on Windows to burn DVDs and CDs - far superior to Nero.

i think for AUDIO CD's it's nice but for DATA i prefer the one and only ImgBurn

IMHO, ImgBurn's data layout is far more confusing than CDBurnerXP's.
