Xbox gamers can gloat no more as Ubi Soft confirm their classy shooter is PS2-bound
Far Cry: Instincts is now expected to release in a PS2 version. Far Cry's impression for their PC version impressed everyone and took a large role in one of the best first-person shooters of 2004 so far. The game isn't a simple port of Far Cry but includes major new gameplay mechanics, among other changes. Our first impressions of Instincts when we saw it in action recently were very favorable and what we've seen since only confirms our initial enthusiasm.
Far Cry Instincts is scheduled to be released on PS2 and Xbox at the beginning of 2005
