Global Audio Control allows you to bind hotkey to the Master Volume, Wave/Direct Sound, CD audio and have the ability to mute audio (even with a fade!), all with a neat on-screen display which supports transparency on 2k onwards. The application appears skinable with the latest version coming with 6 pre-defined skins for use with the on-screen display.

You can also bind hotkeys for use within Winamp 2.x/3.x, which can control all the usual Winamp play/stop/ff/rew etc controls. Also definible, are 6 hotkeys, which can launch applications of your chosing.

Optimization: Unless volume changes occur, GAC will no longer consume any CPU time.
GAC's OSD should now display the proper song title for Winamp3. (no more "(0:00) 0 0 0" garbage)
Improved the Minimize/Restore workaround for Winamp3 (known bugs still exist but they are caused by WA3 not GAC)
