Intel Pentium 4 2,80 GHz Review

Intel submitted a processor to Guru of 3D that you will hardly find in the stores yet, the Pentium 4 2.80 GHz with new 533 MHz system bus, it's the latest model of the Pentium 4 and was designed to bring you some brutal horsepower in your gaming rig, let's call this a little Ferrari power under that hood of that PC. We tested it the gamers way .. loads of gaming related benchmarks and of course some performance tests also.

Along with the processor we received an Intel mainboard, the D850EMV2 which is based on the Intel 850E chipset. The processor is an engineering sample, therefore you'll notice a confidential sign laser branded on-to that CPU which is based on the latest stepping Northwood core.
