Thanks Ruciz for this news. He noticed on KaZaAs download page that they have disabled the possibility to download the latest version of its software due to the ongoing battle between KaZaA and the Dutch courts.

Download of the KaZaA Media Desktop software is temporarily and voluntarily suspended pending Dutch court decision on January 31. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please check back at www.kazaa.com for more information.
Its not my favorite software due to all of its "additions" that can track your behavior on the Internet, KaZaA made the spyware a more visable choice after many users complained last year about software like "TopText" being installed and changing many words on websites to "helpful links". Software companies have had to use more and more alternatives to asking money for their products by allowing such programs to be installed (as a choice) on your system.
