The promised mod tools for Max Payne 2: the Fall of Max Payne, the new third-person shooter sequel by Remedy Entertainment, have been released to offer aspiring mod authors everything needed to create new and modified content for the game. Included are the MaxED 2 level editor and ParticleFX particle systems editor, the RASMaker2 tool for creating distributable MP2M files, 3dsmax5 Plugins and Scripts, prefabs and textures, documentation, and more.
