Mechwarrior Online is getting ready for its official launch later this year. This week, developer Piranha Games let players start buying the special Founders Packages that will give them some content and service extras for the upcoming free-to-play online action game.
Previously, Piranha Online announced two offers. One is the $60 Elite Founders Package will include a custom "Founder's BattleMech", along with $80 worth of in-game currency, access to the game's premium services for two months and more. You can also get the cheaper $30 Veteran Founder's Packages which gets the player $40 worth of in-game currency, one month's worth of access to the game's premium services and more.
However, you now also have the option to buy the $120 Legendary Founders Packages. It gives players access to all four of the Founders BattleMechs, along with $80 worth of in-game currency, access to the game's premium services for three months and a special mention in the game's credits. All of these Founders Packages will also allow players early access to Mechwarrior Online's official launch starting on August 7th.
