Obama has used technology like no other president in the past. From his YouTube addresses to websites, he is always embracing technology rather than resisting it.
With the signing of the "The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act" he has also launched a new website, Recovery.gov. As promised in his campaign, he vowed for transparency and this website is the fruit of his labor.
The website promises to help the American taxpayer track where his or her money is being spent, how it is being spent, and when it will be spent. No other president has used the internet in a similar manner to promote ideas and responsibility.
