Have to wonder what Spencer was thinking posting this stuff.

Due to Neowin's affiliation with Stardock, they are "obliged" to report on their new releases.

He works for Stardock and is their "Technolog Evangelist" aka spreads information about Stardock related software. I believe he started posting after people complained a lot about Brad Wardell using Neowin to promote all of Stardock's software.

1. Not free.
2. Ignoring the above, the best performance 'tweaker' application is EnhanceMySe7en (I am going under the assumption that they ironed out the bugs).

Stardock should have hired Billy Mays to sell their products. "ONLY $19.95! ORDER NOW AND YOU'LL GET A FREE RECYCLE BIN. ONLY PAY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING!"
