US government edits iOS onto a Nokia Lumia 920

In a strange turn of events, the United States government has decided that iOS doesn't look good enough on the iPhone itself, editing the operating system onto a Nokia Lumia 920 in one of its PSA videos. A brief snippet around half way through the 30-second video shows iOS on the Lumia 920 receive an emergency alert notification.

Interestingly, they've decided to edit an image of iOS 6 clearly rendered on one of the older models, such as the iPhone 4S, as the screenshot doesn't even occupy the entire phone display and has a huge black bar at the bottom. While iOS may be a more familiar operating system for people, it's strange that they decided to edit it onto a Windows Phone rather than simply filming the snippet on an actual iPhone.
