nevermind. i went back to version 0.9.9 and wmv works correctly again. the audio would stutter when playing wmv file in version 1.0.

this version broke the audio when playing wmv files. i stopped using it too. it's a shame. it used to be so good pre-1.0. what happened?

I don't like VLC anymore. I'm not entirely sure why but ever since I found SMPlayer, I find myself using that instead.

Does it solve the pixellating video issue in Windows 7?

oh man, good to hear im not the only one with this issue.
what buld are you running? im on 7100

Cool, thanks! At least it solved an issues I was having with RC4: 'vlc.exe' hanging on exit, resulting in a 50% cpu time. But all is cool now, great player imho.

hmm What's a "1.0"??????? Seems strange

Eh? Do you want to be a bit clearer with that comment? It's reached version 1.0.0 - how is that confusing?

Sarcasm detector broken?

IntelliMoo probably means that VLC has been in development for such a ridiculously long time, it's strange to see it having finally reached the 1.0 milestone
