Bing gets in on the foolery, mocks Google

Today is the day when, sometimes, it's best to stay off the Internet. While we have already seen some of Google's April Fools' Day jokes, Microsoft has also created an Easter egg on Bing when you search Google.

Head on over to Bing.com and type Google into the search bar. When you do this, you will be redirected to a page that looks a lot like Google's homepage but it says Bing at the top and instead of "I'm feeling lucky" it says, "I'm feeling confused."

When you do perform a search on the "Google version" of Bing, the results page turns back into Bing's standard display for search results. So, at best, this was only a skin deep change, which is what you would expect for an April Fools' Day joke.

While the day is young, we expect to see many more jokes/pranks surface across the web today so make sure to take anything you read with a grain of salt.
