Hey guys, can someone of you tell me the "fastest" versions of Firefox and Chrome?
It has happened a lot of times to re-install a browser (because of a format or install in another machine) and I have to do again all the tweaks.
As I have understood some versions of Firefox such as Palemoon is Firefox with pre-tweaked settings, right?

Just checked out that Chrome Canary. Man, what a total POS! Can not stand all that Google updater crap and it was the slowest browser I think I've ever touched!! Makes this Comodo Dragon look like a screamin' demon!! Should've know better as I know anything Google related get's junk installed and when I noticed the down load installer wasn't installing anything any where that I could see, it was almost an INSTANT uninstall. I don't know how anyone can stand Chrome, no matter what flavor!

I'll play with Comodo thing a little bit more, but it sure won't ever become a default browser.

Haven't ever tried this thing before. I'm gullible. I'll give it a shot.

Can't edit already, but it's been all of 27 minutes and first thing I have to ask is this. Is this thing supposed to be really built for speed? Junk in that department!!

IE 9, Seamonkey and Palemoon all blow this thing away and I have all filters off. Trying to make it bare bones to see what it does. No speed here!!

It is built for security.
"Chrome Canary" might be more up your alley.

But it says at the bottom of the article:

Anything that even remotely mentions speed and compares it to Opera, better be fast. Opera easily is the fastest browser on any of my machines.

As far as the "security" this thing offers, when it asked me to automatically switch my DNS servers to Googles crap servers, I almost cancelled the install instantly!!

May look into that Chrome Canary though.
Thanks
