A rather fantastic firewall. Works great with Antivir Antivirus Free Edition.
A perfect, completely free solution that works better than most paid internet security suites.
Running flawlessly, with minimal resources, on Windows 7 x64

I use ESET Smart Security (just the firewall and I turn everything else off) and Microsoft Security Essentials oh and I use Clamwin. ESET misses lots of stuff to me.

<snip>

i love it. no problems at all on w7 x64 (i just install the firewall not the antivirus). i ditched zone alarm when they snubbed x64 users.

comodo, at least for me should have a different vowel at the end, mainly because it was a piece of **** and had more problems than any other software firewall configuring it for x360 and my popcorn hour. Moved back to ESET ESS 4 all was fine again. (Moved back to ESET after a full format for those wondering on Win7 x64 Pro)

I asked for support but was asked to pay $49 in order for them to acknowledge the request, so told them to go away in slow jerky movements.

Comodo's software has had a history of suddenly forgetting the user's settings and going back to defaults, including auto updating and installing even when told not to.

One time, I had just their antivirus installed. Less than a month later, the full internet security suite was magically installed.

For this reason alone, I avoid their products.

They didn't exactly hide it. It says on their website that they merged the two products into one. What you need to do is uninstall it, then install the new version, at which point you'll be asked which components to install. AV, or AV+firewall, or just the firewall.

Their firewall works great with MSE. I haven't tried their AV yet. I sure wish it would install under ServerR2.
