Looks good. Will the 5.X users get auto-updated? or can we just install this over it?

One thing I hate about Foxit is it keeps on breaking my customized arrangement of my toolbars on every update. Their first try at the ribbon looks hideous. Now that it looks better, I'll probably stick to that look. Hopefully the quick access toolbar will be retained on future updates.

I remember back then when you could fit the exe onto a 1.44MB floppy disk.
Now (just) 28.8 MB... and for what?

For having an alternative to Acrobat Reader????

Foxit is a bit more than 30MB installed, while Acrobat Reader is over 110MB.

How is that for a reason?

i still use version 4.3.1, and that's little over 11MB installed. i'm not sure what new additions have been made to the pdf format since then, but i've not found a pdf yet that i can't open and view.
