Gaming news round-up: October 28

Even though Halloween is on Monday this year, we suspect a lot of you will be celebrating All Hallows Even on Saturday and Sunday. Before you get your candy there are some Halloween themed gaming news bits to tell you about:

Steam Halloween weekend sale - Valve's download service has some nice weekend sales deals on some horror themed PC games including Dead Space, Zombie Shooter and ... Railworks Train Simulator 2 (really).

Team Fortress 2 Halloween update - The third annual Scream Fortress event adds a new map, a new boss, new achievements and new character skins to Valve's multiplayer shooter.

OnLive offers free Halloween weekend games - The streaming game service is letting its users play four games (Amnesia: The Dark Descent, F.E.A.R 3, Metro 2033, and Orcs Must Die) for free this weekend only with a fifth free game coming on Halloween itself.

Full Wii U reveal at E3 2012 - After showing off the tablet-like controller at E3 2011, Nintendo claims that the full Wii U console experience will be shown at E3 2012 in June.

First Forza Motorsport 4 DLC coming Tuesday - The first DLC pack for the recent Xbox 360 racing sim will add 10 new cars to the game and will be available for 560 Microsoft points on Tuesday, November 1.

Nintendo plans 3DS eShop improvements - Nintendo plans to add some new features to the 3DS's download service, including demos and a way to purchase software via a PC or smartphone.
