In an effort to make the world a greener place, Microsoft has partnered up with iFixit to offer training to entrepreneurs that are trying to create local computer repair businesses.
The team at the iFixit website has torn down one of Valve's prototype Steam Machines and said that the parts in this unit cost about $1,300. It also gave the prototype a high repairability score.
Microsoft's Xbox One gets the teardown treatment from the iFixit website even before it's officially released in the U.S. and gets an 8 out of 10 repairability score.
