Does Malwarebytes Anti-Malware nag you a lot with popups and does it slow down the computer at all?

And is it highly reccommended along side a AnitiVirus software like Eset Nod32 for example?

Just got this a few minutes through the internal updater. Stupid thing requires a Windows restart!! I hate that when a program like this does that!!

At least it didn't sneak in some totally unnecessary start up service.
