nubia have officially announced the Chinese version of the REDMAGIC 7 and 7 Pro. These are flagship gaming smartphones boasting some impressive specs not only for performance, but also battery charging, at least for the Chinese version anyway.

The new REDMAGIC 7 Series in China includes the REDMAGIC 7 and REDMAGIC 7 Pro. Both are equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, nubia’s signature cooling system, 8.0 Turbo Cooling Engine with built-in turbofan, a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, and 960Hz touch sampling rate.

All versions sport the Snapdragon 8 gen 1 platform and come with some unique hardware feature you won't find anywhere else.

Accompanying the press release was pricing information for global markets for each model in the non-Pro line. These are as follows, with their respective RAM and storage configurations:

Obsidian 12+128 Black - $629 / €629 / £529
Pulsar 16+256 - $729 / €729 / £619
Supernova 18+256 - $799 / €799 / £679

The Chinese market models support 120W for the REDMAGIC 7, and 135W for the REDMAGIC 7 Pro. Both models come with a 165W charger in the box, and are capable of fully charging the batteries in 17 and 15 minutes respectively.
