Does it support docx format yet?
3.2 pretty much butchers all formulas, tables, formatting.

Supports - as in, opens them : yes.
Full compatibility? Not yet...

But for free, many don't complain

apparently 3.2.0 and 3.2.1 rc1 crash for ALOT of people, i've been using openoffice writer for quite some time just using the basic functions, luckily i havent had any problems. 3.2.1 final will be nice though i'm sure.

I've seen no issues on any 3.2.0 deployments i've done.

Same here. I have actually done quite a bit of work with Excel documents with 3.2.0 and have had no problems to report.
