Agree, LibreOffice is the way to go. Event Ubuntu gonna change from OpenOffice to LibreOffice at some point.

The strange thing is that no one posts about LibreOffice. Why is that?

I think the name for starters... doesn't have the flair or power "open" office has.

Why two suites now? Why is OpenOffice still there when LibreOffice is supposedly the new face of it? And particularly when they both are open source ??

OpenOffice will be sooo 2010 in next year. LibreOffice FTW!

Having recently lost *30* developers from OOo to LibreOffice, I can't see this project going much farther unless Oracle put more of their staff's teeth into this project.
