I want to chime in and say that yes both malware bytes and SAS are a must together. The new versions are slick looking but always work very well. For years I tried to find the good combo of programs like Spybot, Spyware Terminator, Spyware Annihilator, Spyware Blaster, etc. In reality these programs are a joke. These 2 though are legit and do the job.

Combine with a program like NIS 2011 or above and you got very good security. Bit Defender is also good AV program. I always install Utilities for my own PC or customers and friends and these 2 programs are always part of the combo.

Is this a good program compared to Malwarebytes? What are the differences ? Any benefits ?

This program AND Malwarebytes are both "must haves."
What one program doesn't get, the other one usually will and I have seen MANY times where one has missed something and the other one found it.
