Supreme Court refesr Intel-AMD dispute to Bush administration

I personally dont believe that Bush will grant AMD any concessions- Intel make massive campaign contributions... money goes along way - especially when the majority of Bush's cabinet are multi-millionares... :)

"A report on Bloomberg said that the US Supreme Court might use an application by AMD to see hidden documents in an Intel case as a test case in future investigations.

AMD had wanted a federal court to release documents in the Intel Intergraph case so that it could pursue an anticompetitive claim in Europe.

Intel appealed against an AMD request for the sealed documents to be made available to it but the case, and appeals against it are not yet resolved.

You can find the history of the case below, but apparently the Supreme Court is applying to the Bush government to see whether it should hear the latest Intel appeal. "
