Upcoming RPG 'Indivisible' by Skullgirls developer announced for the Nintendo Switch

Indivisible is an upcoming action RPG platformer by Lab Zero Games, the studio behind the popular fighting title, Skullgirls. Originally announced for Steam, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms, today, the developer went on to reveal that the game will arrive for the Nintendo Switch as well. The game's new Switch reveal trailer is seen above.

Lab Zero Games' CEO Peter Bartholow said the game's arrival to a new platform was in response to fans who "have been clamoring for Indivisible to come" to the Switch. "Platformers and RPGs are great on the couch or on the go, making our game a great fit for the console. So supporting the Switch was an easy decision," added Bartholow.

The game's synopsis provided by the developer is as follows:

Indivisible tells the tale of Ajna, a good-natured tomboy with a rebellious streak. Her life is thrown into chaos when her town is attacked, awakening a mysterious power in her – the ability to absorb certain individuals into her being. She embarks on a quest to confront the warlord who destroyed her home, uniting people from far-away lands along the way, discovering new aspects of herself and her world in the process.

The game had a successful crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo back in 2015, raising well past the developer's original $1.5 million goal.

The full game is expected to release sometime in 2018, but backers are set to receive an exclusive new preview with a score of improvements such as new environments, monsters, an updated engine, and more, in the coming weeks.
