24TB Western Digital Red Pro NAS HDD is selling at its lowest price

The WD Red Pro comes in a 3.5-inch form factor and connects via a SATA III interface. The drive supports sustained data transfer rates of up to 287MB/s, operates at 7,200 RPM, and uses CMR (Conventional Magnetic Recording) technology. Furthermore, it is equipped with a 512MB cache.

Designed for continuous operation in NAS environments, the drive is rated for workloads of up to 550TB per year and has a mean time between failures of up to 2.5 million hours. It is also supplied with a five-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. The Red Pro operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 65°C, and can be safely stored in temperatures between -40°C and 70°C.
