A new BlackBerry device reveals itself, looks very different from the 'KEYone'

After a little over a month after being teased at CES 2017, BlackBerry finally officially revealed its new handset at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona dubbed the KEYone. But, it appears a new handset BlackBerry has found its way online and looks quite different from what we saw a couple days ago.

It is unknown when the above handset will make its debut, but according to the folks at CrackBerry, the handset is currently only known as "BBC100-1". As you can see from the images, the handset does not look like something that will be a high-end unit and it is rumored to offer specifications that could place it as an entry level handset in the BlackBerry line.

The rumored specifications of the BBC100-1 are as follows:

  • 5.5-inch 720p display
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor
  • 4GB RAM
  • 32GB storage
  • 3,000mAh battery
  • Dual-SIM capability

The handset will most likely be an exclusive release in Indonesia. But, like always, the details will have to be taken for what they are, until the device is officially announced.
