The Fallout franchise received its most recent mainline installment 10 years ago with Fallout 4. Today, during its 2025 Fallout Day Broadcast, the company officially announced the Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition. The Elder Scrolls fans should be familiar with this release pattern. Just like that version, the Fallout package comes with every expansion and DLC pack, as well as a bundle of curated Creation Club. Check out the brand-new trailer above.
This special edition release comes with the full Fallout 4 base game with its award-winning campaign, as well as its six post-launch add-ons. This includes the Far Harbor, Nuka-World, and Automatron expansions, as well as the Wasteland, Vault-Tec, and Contraptions Workshop additions for base building.
The new edition also introduces Creations to Fallout 4 via an in-game menu. Just like in Skyrim, these community-created add-ons let players customize their game across PC and consoles easily, without needing to even leave the game. The Anniversary Edition bundle comes with a selection of premium mods that Bethesda has chosen to include with the package.
"But that’s not all! The Anniversary Edition also bundles over 150 pieces of Creation Club content, including fan favorites and previously unreleased items designed to enhance your journey," said the company, explaining the community additions included in the package. "From new weapons and different Dogmeat breeds like a husky or a Dalmatian, to gameplay tweaks and quest expansions, there’s something for every Vault Dweller."
The Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will be available on November 10, 2025, across Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4.
In a surprise reveal, Bethesda also announced at the event that the Nintendo Switch 2 will receive Fallout 4 for the first time. The Anniversary Edition will be available on the handheld console sometime in 2026.
