Black Ops 7 and Diablo IV are free to play this weekend on Xbox

The latest Free Play Days offer has just kicked off, giving Xbox players the chance to try out a new selection of games over the weekend. Microsoft"s latest promotion brings some high-profile titles, including last year"s Call of Duty from Activision and Blizzard Entertainment"s action RPG title Diablo IV. Most of the titles this time are free to all Xbox players without the need for a Game Pass subscription.

That same duo is available for longer than the remaining games too. The Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 offer lasts until July 6, while Diablo IV is running its own free event for an entire week, ending on July 7.

Also available this weekend is the tactical RPG Demonschool, the real-time tactics stealth title The Stone of Madness, and the cozy survival crafting experience Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure.

From all of those, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, or Essential is only required to jump into Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure.

Below are the announced games and the platforms they are available to play on, with most having major discounts right now too:

  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows)
  • Diablo IV (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Demonschool (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • The Stone of Madness (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows)
  • Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)

To easily find the titles on Xbox consoles, first head to the Store, then in the sidebar, find the Home section. In there, open the Subscriptions tab. The Free Play Days collection will show up in this area.

Other than Black Ops 7 and Diablo IV, this week"s Free Play Days promotions will end on Sunday, July 5 , at 11:59 pm PT.
