Both Windows 10 SDK and Mobile Emulator for build 15063 leak online

Microsoft released yesterday Windows 10 Insider build 15063 to both PCs and phones on the Fast ring. This build has brought a couple of fixes to Windows 10 and several fixes to Windows 10 Mobile, as we approach the expected release of the Windows 10 Creators Update in early April.

Also yesterday, WalkingCat leaked to the internet the download links to both the Windows 10 SDK and Windows 10 Mobile Emulator for build 15063.

The Windows 10 SDK Preview has been feature-complete since the version released for build 15021 in early-February. Because Microsoft hasn"t officially published or acknowledged the Windows 10 SDK for build 15063, no changelog is available for it at the moment. Either way, if you want to give it a try, you can download it from here - note that the link automatically starts the download of the executable file.

The ROM for Windows 10 Mobile Insider build 15063 for the Visual Studio emulator, which provides a virtualized environment for developers to test their Windows 10 Mobile apps, was also leaked without a changelog. It requires Visual Studio 2015 and a PC with at least 4GB of RAM, hardware-assisted virtualization, Second Level Address Translation (SLAT), and hardware-based Data Execution Prevention (DEP). You can download it from here - note that the link also automatically starts the download of the executable file - and get instructions about its installation here.
