Dell's Inspiron laptop with 10-core processor, 1TB SSD, and 16GB RAM is now just $499

If you have only $500 to buy a new laptop, you do not have to settle for a used one or a very ancient computer. Dell is currently offering a modern, new laptop with good hardware for half a grand. The Inspiron 14 5441 (not a very creative name, but ok) is now available for just $499.

The Dell Inspiron 5441 is a Copilot+ PC with a 10-core Snapdragon X Plus processor and a Neural Processing Unit that enables various local AI-powered experiences in Windows 11. The chip is paired with 16 GB of memory (still enough for what this computer was made for) and a spacious 1 TB PCIe Gen4 SSD. The laptop has a 14-inch Full HD+ display with a peak brightness of 300 nits and a Full HD webcam with Windows Hello support, so that you can log into your computer without using passwords.

The laptop"s set of ports is on the modest side. You get two USB Type-C 40 Gbps ports for data transfer, image output, and charging, one USB Type-A, one audio jack, and a microSD card reader. As for battery life, Dell promises up to 19 hours on a single charge (fast charging is supported).
