Another double giveaway has just landed on the Epic Games Store, and for those who grabbed last week"s offer, it"s a good chance to complete a series. Replacing last week"s Figment and Backpack Hero giveaways, this week, all PC gamers can grab Figment 2: Creed Valley and Sky Racket.
Figment 2: Creed Valley continues the grand musical adventure set in the human mind from the previous game. Once again, taking the role of Dusty, the voice of courage, and his sidekick Piper, players will be taking a journey through Creed Valley. This surreal landscape filled with the mind"s ideals includes puzzles and musical boss fights against nightmares. A cooperative option is available for two players.
Next, Sky Racket lands as an indie shoot "em up and Brick Breaker mashup. As it"s not possible to actively attack enemies on the screen, the only option is to strike them back using their projectiles using laser tennis rackets. There are five worlds to go through and beat, and there"s two-player cooperative play as an option too.
The Figment 2: Creed Valley and Sky Racket giveaways on the Epic Games Store are now active, and they will last until July 17. When not on sale, Figment 2 comes in at $24.99 to purchase, while Sky Racket usually costs $14.99. PC gamers can add the duo to their library for no cost during the seven-day timeframe.
Following this streak of indie game giveaways in recent weeks, Epic Games Store will be offering a massive freebie next week. Starting July 17, the Firaxis Games-developed 4X game Sid Meier’s Civilization VI will become the latest freebie. This will be the Platinum Edition as well, meaning it contains a massive chunk of the game"s post-launch expansions and DLC content
