Microsoft has some big arrivals planned for Xbox Game Pass subscribers in May. Today, it announced the first wave of games it is bringing to the game subscription platform, and it includes one of its most highly anticipated first-party games, Forza Horizon 6. The Xbox title just went Gold earlier this week too.
Other than the racing game from Playground Games, this month is also when the underwater survival adventure from Unknown Worlds, Subnautica 2, surfaces for Game Pass members on the day of launch. Other day one drops this month include Mixtape, Outbound, and Call of the Elder Gods.
Here are all the games that were announced today for Xbox Game Pass and their arrival dates:
- Final Fantasy V (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) – May 5
- Ben 10 Power Trip (Cloud, Console, and PC) – May 6
- Descenders Next (Game Preview) (Cloud, Console, and PC) – May 6
- Wheel World (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) – May 6
- Wildgate (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) – May 6
- Wuchang: Fallen Feathers (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) – May 6
- Mixtape (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC) – May 7
- Outbound (Cloud, Console, and PC) – May 11
- Black Jacket (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC) – May 12
- Call of the Elder Gods (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld and PC) – May 12
- Elite Dangerous (Cloud and Console) – May 12
- DOOM: The Dark Ages (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC) – May 14
- Subnautica 2 (Game Preview) (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC) – May 14
- Forza Horizon 6 (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC) – May 19
Five games will be leaving Game Pass on May 15. They are Galacticare, Go Mecha Ball, Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo, Paw Patrol Rescue Wheels: Championship, and Planet of Lana.
Expect the next Game Pass announcement carrying the remaining May games to happen in about two weeks.
