Samsung’s newly launched budget tablet, the Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G, has received its first price reduction on Amazon (purchase link down below). The Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G features an octa-core MediaTek MT8775 processor running at up to 2.5GHz, paired with 6GB of RAM. It features an 11-inch TFT display with a WUXGA resolution of 1920x1200 pixels and support for 16 million colours.
The tablet includes an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and a 5MP front-facing camera. Video recording is supported at Full HD 1920x1080 resolution at 30 frames per second, while video playback supports up to 4K UHD at 30fps across multiple formats including MP4, MKV, AVI, and WEBM. When it comes to audio, it is delivered via a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack, and the tablet supports a wide range of audio formats including MP3, AAC, FLAC, WAV, and OGG.
Furthermore, it comes with 128GB of internal storage, and supports expandable storage via microSD card up to 2TB. Connectivity options include single-SIM 5G Sub-6 support, alongside extensive 4G LTE and 3G band compatibility. Wireless connectivity consists of dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi Direct, and built-in GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo location technologies. The tablet supports USB 2.0 connectivity as well.
Moreover, it also includes sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, hall sensor, and light sensor. The device runs on Android and supports Samsung Smart Switch for PC synchronisation, as well as SmartThings integration.
