Huawei unveils an upgraded P30 Pro, along with two new colors

Today at IFA 2019, Huawei introduced the new P30 Pro, now available in Mystic Blue and Misty Lavender. As you can see from the image above, the two new colorways have a two-tone design, similar to a Google Pixel, with a matte bottom and a glossy top.

But that"s not all, because the Chinese firm says that the handsets are an actual upgrade from the regular old P30 Pro. There are new photo and video editing tools, such as a Vlog AI functionality that lets you make music videos with a single tap, allowing you to select a bunch of photos and video to use.

There"s a new super night selfie mode, which brightens up your selfies at night. Huawei says it will make your cheeks look more natural, and contouring will be more three-dimensional. Obviously, it works similarly to night mode on the main camera.

And of course, EMUI 10 is on the way, although that"s not exclusive to the new model. The company says that P30 Pro owners will be the first to get the software update though. The new P30 Pro will be made available on September 20.
