A few days ago, it was revealed that a prequel to 2015"s hit title Life is Strange is possibly in development. You can check out the trailer for the upcoming game below:

The trailer shows off Life is Strange"s signature scenic imagery, however, it doesn"t give away anything in terms of the storyline - which is probably a good thing.

The original Life is Strange was a graphic episodic adventure game developed by Square Enix, and was critically acclaimed. It allowed players to take control of a teenager named Max Caulfield an prevent an upcoming storm - which will destroy her town - using her ability to manipulate time itself. The title currently boasts a 10/10 rating on Steam.

It is important to note that Life is Strange: Before the Storm is an Xbox One X enhanced title, which means that it will be able to take full advantage of Microsoft"s latest console"s capabilities. The first episode of the game is slated for a release on August 31, 2017.
