I recently (finally!) recieved my Beta ID for Microsoft Beta Testing today and noticed that my name wasn"t the one on the email, presumably the ID also; soon after I recieved a "correction" email with my name and ID. So this Shawn Richardson had his ID sent out to me, and possibly other beta testers, all I can say is that I hope they gave him a new ID as they have realized their mistake in sending me the correction email. I assure you that his ID will be safe with me, but it may have been sent out to other beta testers.
