Microsoft"s Your Phone app for Windows 10 was unveiled last year as a new UWP app to connect your phone with your PC. It has been frequently updated with the introduction of new and improved features since then. Some of these include the ability to save images directly to your PC, sync notifications, view and send MMS messages, and more. With regards to recent improvements, using Your Phone with Samsung"s latest flagship handset, the Galaxy Note10, has been reported to offer a much better experience for users.
Now, it looks like Microsoft is moving on to call and dialer support for the application. Spotted first by Windows news leaker Ajith on Twitter, the feature seems to be under a testing phase in the latest version of Your Phone on Windows 10 (via Aggiornamenti Lumia).
As can be observed, users will be able to allow the making and managing of calls through a new toggle in Settings. Enabling the capability will introduce a "Calls" option in the main menu on the left side, alongside all other functionalities. Selecting this will then bring up a dialer keypad on the right side, with the additional option to search through contacts. The center of the screen, meanwhile, will be occupied by an interface similar to how it looks on your handset when calls are made.
Although there has been no official confirmation from Microsoft yet, it does seem like the feature could be previewed on a more wider scale soon. We will keep you posted on further details as they come along.
