Moo partners with Facebook to create business cards

Facebook"s Timeline profile design has definitely made an impact on the service since it began to roll out to different profiles publicly. Now, the evolution of this also comes in the form of business cards from Moo. The concept takes Facebook"s profile design and incorporates it in a business card, which can then be used as a conventional business card.

As the above image shows, the design replicates that of Facebook"s redesigned profiles, though obviously compresses the design down to work as a smaller card. Moo"s Facebook cards take a picture of yourself, a cover photo, and some information you provide, allowing you to put further information on the back of the card, as well as a quote, should you feel it necessary to add one.

If you"re interested in snagging some of these cards quickly, you might want to head over to their website. Moo are offering 200,000 free cards for people who link their Moo and Facebook accounts together, meaning you could snap up a few free business cards if you need them. A set of fifty Facebook-based cards exists, retailing for $15, and allowing you to have several different designs with varying information appearing on the designs.

It isn"t often a company is prepared to give much away for free in today"s current economic climate, but when it does you tend to need to act quickly if you want to get your hands on the free goods it offers. Thanks to Moo"s Dan Sharp for tipping us about the joint business venture with Facebook!
