Since April when a bunch of new motherboards was spotted (via @KOMACHI_ENSAKA) at the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), we have known that AMD and its motherboard vendor partners are working on a new X570S chipset. The addition of a new "S" at the end X570 is reportedly meant to signify "silent" which means the new chipset, unlike the original X570, will be fanless and won"t require active cooling.

While the ones spotted earlier at EEC were Gigabyte models, today, WCCFtech says it has received information on the new MSI X570S versions. In total there reportedly are eight new X570S MSI models, at least for now. They are:

  • MEG X570S ACE MAX,

  • MEG X570S UNIFY-X MAX,

  • MPG X570S GAMING CARBON MAX WIFI,

  • MPG X570S GAMING EDGE MAX WIFI,

  • MAG X570S TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI,

  • MAG X570S TORPEDO MAX,

  • X570S PRO-MAX WIFI, and

  • X570S-A PRO MAX.

For those curious, here is the list of the previous Gigabyte models that were spotted on the EEC"s website, although bear in mind that not all of the models mentioned here may finalize into retail products. With that said, the list is:

  • X570S AORUS MASTER,
  • X570S AORUS ELITE AX,
  • X570S AORUS PRO AX,
  • X570S AERO G,
  • X570SI AORUS PRO AX,
  • X570S AORUS ELITE,
  • X570S GAMING X, and
  • X570S UD.

The report also adds that the X570S chipset-based motherboards will come with the support for AMD"s recently launched Ryzen 5000G series Cezanne desktop APUs.
