So as our first hardware review went out I would be blind if I didnt take note of all the constructive critcism going on there. I know that Neowin visitors want Hardware reviews which brings me to my next question, are we to report these reviews in the same fashion that [insert name of site here] does or are we to keep to the theme of Neowin where we are maybe not so professional, unpaid and doing this for kicks?
I personally despise sites that can have an orgasm over a cooling fan or (gasp!) rounded IDE cables!!, it makes me think that they can get so excited because, well.. just maybe they can KEEP IT, lol.
I was made clear that stuff that gets sent in is to be sent back, its not the general idea that I get to keep stuff that is sent for reviewing on Neowin so, well let me be honest about the stuff I get or I can throw graphs at you and pretend that it was sent down from heaven on a golden chariot.
I admit that the Hercules Game Theater XP lacked some finer points but as I"ve said time and time again I am not an article writer or university graduate. I like to write as I would generally speak it, ie: my opinion. Plus it was my first attempt at a review and I have learned from the critcism it got.
Neowin tries to give all this for free, we try desperatly to get you to come back which is why your feedback is as important as the running of this site. So if you have something to say, spill it LOL
