New Xbox One videos show the Snap and personalization features

The other new clip shows Microsoft"s Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb chatting with Xbox team members Emily Yang and Zach Gutt about some of the other features on the Xbox One. The video shows how the console can be set up so that when the owner walks into a room, the Kinect sensor can "see" that person and say, "Welcome back, John" or whomever is there. It also shows how the Xbox One dashboard for each users can be personalized with pinned apps, TV shows, movies and games.

Update: It looks like Microsoft has made the personalization video private for some reason
