Nvidia GeForce NOW arrives to Amazon Fire TV with new games

Nvidia today rolled out another one of its weekly updates to the GeForce NOW cloud gaming platform. Alongside support for new games, the company also added a new official platform for the service, that being Amazon Fire TV streaming sticks.

The company first announced that it was bringing support for the Amazon hardware back in January during CES 2026, right alongside a native Linux app and flight stick support announcements. Those features have already landed, and finally, Fire TV devices can now directly connect to GeForce NOW servers for streaming games.

The GeForce NOW app is now available to download on Fire TV devices. Nvidia says that support is currently here for "Fire TV Stick 4K Plus (2nd Gen) with Fire OS 8.1.6.0 and later, and Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2nd Gen) with Fire OS 8.1.6.0 and later, and Fire TV Stick 4K Max (1st Gen) with Fire OS 7.7.1.1 and later."

They can stream at up to 1080p 60FPS with the use of standard-dynamic-range graphics, H.264 video encoding, and stereo audio. Keep in mind that a compatible controller is required to use the service on Fire TV.

With that out of the way, here are the eight games joining GeForce NOW"s supported list this week:

  • Disciples: Domination (New release on Steam, Feb. 12, GeForce RTX 5080-ready)
  • REANIMAL (New release on Steam, Feb. 13, GeForce RTX 5080-ready)
  • Kingdom Come: Deliverance (Xbox, available on Game Pass, Feb. 13)
  • Capcom Beat ‘Em Up Bundle (Steam)
  • Capcom Fighting Collection (Steam)
  • Mega Man 11 (Steam)
  • Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection (Steam)
  • Torment: Tides of Numenera (Steam and Xbox, available on Game Pass)

As always, keep in mind that, unlike subscription services like Game Pass or EA Play, a copy of a game must be owned by the GeForce NOW member (or at least have a license via PC Game Pass) to start playing via Nvidia"s cloud servers. There is also a limit to how many hours subscribers can use the service per month.
