Samsung has announced that the Galaxy S26 series and Galaxy Buds4 series are now globally available, following their unveiling earlier this year. The S26 series marks Samsung’s third generation of AI phones and includes the Galaxy S26 Ultra, Galaxy S26+, and the base Galaxy S26. The Korean company said that the new devices have generated a lot of demand, with initial pre-order figures surpassing previous records and marking a double-digit increase. The phone that everyone seems to want is the Galaxy S26 Ultra as this makes up 70% of the pre-orders.
Arguably the biggest upgrade with this series is the Privacy Display which is a Galaxy S26 Ultra exclusive. A concern some people have when using their phone in public is whether someone behind them is looking over their shoulder at their phone’s display. Samsung aims to tackle this with the Privacy Display which combines hardware and software solutions to start people being nosey. It can be toggled on or off too.
In the United States, the Galaxy S26 series is available from Amazon Stores (purchase link below), Best Buy, Samsung Experience Stores, Samsung.com, and carriers across the country.
