It"s a pretty impressive trick, and it"s one that Microsoft clearly is proud of. In fact, the company has posted up four additional YouTube videos that show the extensive behind-the-scenes work on how this 30 second commercial was accomplished. One of them, shown above, is an over 2 minute version of the commercial. Another clip takes a look at the math that was needed to get all those panels lined up just right on the track so they could be filmed.
Yet another clip goes into more detail on the actual filming of the commercial and the final video takes a closer look at the McLaren 12C supercar that is at the center of the TV ad.
